At Intimate Lingerie, your comfort and confidence are our top priorities, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all hygiene seals intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain intimate apparel items may be ineligible for return if the protective packaging has been opened.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene strips are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
